Rotational Program:
Our Rotational Program is a one-semester program designed to immerse ambitious students who seek to become Executive Board members to the critical functions of our Marketing and Internal Affairs Departments.
Rotational Program members undergo our rigorous education curriculum, which includes weekly readings and assignments to broaden their horizons and interests in the business world and elevate their behavioral and social skills. In addition to these assignments, members will switch between our Internal Affairs and Marketing departments every six weeks, where they will learn how to create our weekly newsletter and marketing materials. Rotational Program members will also have the opportunity to work with our Treasury department and gain a deeper understanding of the department's responsibilities. Ultimately, members are exposed to the internal culture of our organization, which is designed to stimulate a real-world firm, providing them early exposure to commonalities found in a real-work environment.
Applications for our Spring 2025 Cohort are closed. We encourage you to revisit at the start of the Fall 2025 semester for the next opportunity to join our Rotational Program. You do not have to be an inducted member to apply.
